We want you to feel good about trying our whitening strips. If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Change-of-mind returns

For hygiene reasons, whitening strips must be unused, with all sachets unopened and the original packaging intact, to qualify for a change-of-mind return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility.

Problems with your order

If your strips arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review it and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required. We'll cover reasonable return costs where applicable law requires it.

Refunds

Once a return is received and approved, refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
