These terms apply when you browse this website or buy our whitening strips. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Product use
Our whitening strips are a cosmetic oral-care product, not a medical or dental treatment. Follow the instructions on the packaging, including the recommended wear time. Do not use on irritated or damaged gums. Stop use if you experience discomfort and seek advice from a dental professional if you have concerns. Whitening affects natural teeth differently from crowns, veneers and fillings; individual results vary.
Keep the product out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under dental treatment or unsure whether whitening is suitable for you, speak to your dentist before use.
2. Prices and orders
Prices, currency, delivery options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. Offers may change before you place an order. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, a payment issue or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
3. Delivery
Shipping availability and options are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Delays outside our control may occur, but nothing here removes your rights if an order is lost, materially delayed or not supplied.
4. Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day change-of-mind window and the hygiene requirements for unopened whitening strips. Statutory rights for damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed products apply in addition to that policy and cannot be excluded by these terms.
5. Website and content
Our branding, product photography and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. We try to keep product descriptions accurate, but minor packaging or visual differences may occur between batches; we will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without appropriate disclosure.
6. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the product or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms for future orders; changes do not remove rights already arising from a completed purchase.
