We ship whitening strips to the destinations available at checkout. Your delivery options and any shipping charges are shown before you pay.

Shipping options

The 1-box offer includes free standard shipping. The 2-box offer includes free express tracked shipping. If you add other items, review the shipping option shown at checkout for your final order.

Dispatch and delivery

We prepare orders after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier; any estimate at checkout is not a guaranteed arrival date. Where tracking is available for your chosen service, we'll share the details once the carrier has them.

Carrier disruptions, peak periods and customs processing can affect delivery. If your parcel seems delayed, please contact us with your order number. If an order is lost or cannot be supplied, your rights under applicable consumer law still apply.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we may not be able to change an address after dispatch.
